THINKING   BIG FOR AN INSTANT EFFECT
Mature hedging is useful for an instant effect. We supply large hedging plants to clients for a number of reasons: perhaps to replace an existing hedge, or for privacy from neighbours or some people like the idea of a new garden with a more mature look. Our mature hedging is sold root-balled and, while it is more expensive than smaller plants, this will save several years of growing time.

GOOD REASONS FOR PLANTING AN INSTANT HEDGE

  • You can replace an old hedge which is past its best.
  • You get immediate privacy from neighbours.
  • It gives a new garden a more mature look.
  • Larger root-balled hedging can be planted over a longer period than bare-root hedging.
  • It saves several years of waiting for smaller hedges to grow.
  • From a cost point of view, it is much cheaper than building a wall.
  • It is more permanent and environmentally friendly than a fence.
